- Served as a liaison between stakeholders and designers, steering the design process.
- Managed the MLBAM (New York) design team for the Eurosport Player, launched in 2017 for the Winter Olympics.
As the Art Director based in the London office, I supervised a team of designers and developers in New York. Due to the 6-hour time difference, I spent mornings reviewing the designs from the New York team’s previous day and creating new concepts for them to design and develop the following day.
My responsibilities included designing iconography for the Eurosport Player and creating additional concepts for the New York office. I also developed numerous templates for the New York team to follow, such as style guides, email templates, and payment sections.
Furthermore, I conducted meetings with team members to track their progress and prepared presentations for major stakeholders at the Discovery Inc. London office. Feedback and requested changes from stakeholder meetings were compiled into a spreadsheet, which I organized with images and comments before forwarding it to the design and development team in New York.
The project launched without delays across multiple platforms and played a significant role in the 2018 Winter Olympics held in Pyeongchang, South Korea.
