The work
Bring more order to a growing retail product.
Flaconi already had a recognisable brand. The job was to help the app feel more mature and make the design language easier for the team to use consistently.
I worked through high-fidelity concepts informed by research, advised stakeholders and helped develop the design system. The work covered both the customer-facing detail and the internal decisions needed to keep the product moving.
